Morning Smoothie

Due to being nauseous I haven’t been making my morning smoothie.  Since I’m feeling much better after taking dairy out of my diet, I decided to make one that consisted of:

3 tablespoons hempseed

hand full of spinach

2 cups vanilla coconut milk

2 cups frozen fruit blend consisting of: strawberries, blueberries, peaches, honeydew, and pineapple

It made about 6 cups. I drank 4 and froze the other two for later. It was so yummy.

Now I’m off to try to make homemade almond milk. I’ll be back later with the results.
