Wedding stuff and Nachos

Yesterday I went shopping with my friend K. She offered to buy the dress I am wearing for the wedding. Here’s a picture of it. Yes, it’s not white. This is my second marriage so I didn’t feel white was appropriate.

After picking out my dress, we went and ate nachos. Yes, you heard me right, nachos. I so have to stay away from them as I ate way too many. I have no idea how many I ate however I’m guessing it was somewhere in the 500 – 1000 calorie range.

We also bought decorations and trays for the vegetable and meat trays we will be making on Friday morning. For the fruit tray, I’m taking a huge watermelon and using my melon baller to take out it’s insides. Then I’m going to do the same thing with the cantaloupe and honeydew and mix them all together and put them back in the watermelon after I zigzag the edges. I think it will look cool.  I’m also going to have red and green grapes.

In 10 years we will have a big renewal at a lighthouse on the coast and do all the really fancy stuff then. It will be worth it as we will both be where we want to be in our careers and all the children will be grown.

On to food. As I was saying I ate a lot of nachos yesterday. I would add them to CRON-o-meter but I have no idea where to begin as I have no idea how many I ate. We just sat there talking and eating. Thankfully, I had all my nutrition in before the nachos. Here’s the nutrition before I ate nachos.
