Intervals and more

I was going to get up at 5:30am when Derrick gets up and go do the first day of the C25K program however I slept in. I guess I was tired from a long weekend. When I finally did get up and go to the track I realized that the program was not on my ipod. So, instead of coming home and wasting time I walked the stairs once and then did a mile and half of walk/jog intervals. I will go ahead and start the C25K program on Monday so that I’ll be doing it every Mon, Wed, Fri.

The more: What I haven’t brought up yet is that I need to lose about 90 pounds. My heaviest weight ever was 223 in January 2009. I lost 39 pounds weighing in at 184 by watching what I eat, walking and doing 20 days on the master cleanse, my lowest weight since 2001. My lowest weight as an adult was 175. Upon beginning CRON June 8, I was 217.6 and as of today I am 203.8 so I’m down 13.8 pounds in about a month. My weight goal is 125-130. It came off quickly at first because I made such drastic changes to what I was eating and cutting calories. I stopped eating wheat which I am allergic to and retain water from when I eat it. I stopped eating meat except on occasion as we still have some in the freezer, it’s almost gone, YAY! I stopped eating eggs which I am also sensitive to and I gave up all dairy with the exception of yogurt and some cheese.
