A quick update

Here’s a quick update of food and nutrition. It’s not the greatest and definitely could have been worse. I guess I just got a little tired of salads and beans so took a little break. And as you can see my nutrition suffered because of it.

I picked up some dark sweet cherry flavored balsamic vinegar that I’m going to try on my salad tomorrow. I hope it’s as good as it sounds. I also picked up some flaxseed oil softgels that I will add into CRON-o-meter and start taking tomorrow to boost my omega 3’s.

Derrick and I are going in the morning to the farmers market, only open on Saturdays from 9am-1pm. I hope we will be able to find some good deals. We need a little more variety in our diets.
