This is not going to be a long post as it’s late and I have to work tomorrow.  I am picking up flaxseed oil capsules tomorrow to see if that effects my stomach. Hopefully it won’t as ground flaxseeds don’t effect me and I’d prefer to not take fish oil for my omega 3’s which of course are very low.
