Friday’s update

Friday was a work day. It was also the day that TOM decided it was time for a visit. I don’t know about anyone else but I get really tired usually 3-4 days before. This month I was only tired the day it arrived so I went to bed early. I also just realized that this is the first month that I can remember, that I haven’t craved chocolate! I’m attributing all of that to my change in eating habits.

The other thing I noticed on my way home from work is that my feet and legs did not hurt. In the very recent past my legs and feet would hurt something horrible by the time I got off of work and I was quite surprised when they didn’t. This is another thing about my change in eating habits that has made me forever thankful and wanting to continue down this path to a more healthy me.

While at work and even before I realized it, I ate some plain yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey. It’s not milk based so no worries there. It’s made from cultured coconut milk and it’s so yummy. The issue is the yogurt itself has 240 calories plus 18 grams of fat, 13 are saturated fat and then to add the honey that was another 64 calories … YIKES! Even with the yogurt, I did very good at keeping within calories for the day.

Here are Friday’s food and nutrition-
