Vegan

Thinking, thinking, thinking and even more thinking going on…

I am going to try something different. I am going to start eating vegan. I am not going to worry about the amount of carbs I am eating as they won’t be coming from junk food but healthier foods such as vegetables, beans and oats. My limit on carbs will be 194g which is 50% of my calories so I am not going crazy with them. And I am still going to keep fruit to a minimum.

So, tonight was my last night eating meat, dairy and cheese! I am not sure how I feel about that however I am sure that this decision is best for me at this time. As time progress, I will eventually provide more vegan meals for my family.

    Awesome! Another CR blog! 🙂 Good luck with the vegan eating! There are several reasons related to CR that have led me to eat vegan; maybe I'm biased, but I think I have decent research behind me. But, however you decide to eat, as long as you keep with the basic premise of CR, you'll be on a good track. Ya! :-p

I've been following you for a short time and have read all your previous posts. I am going to try a couple of the salads you have posted as they look absolutely yummy!Sie, I've been following your blog a lot longer. I've also read all your previous posts. I've learned a lot! I am also going to be trying out some of your muffin recipes as my daughter Emilee and I allergic to wheat. I'll let you know how they turn out for us. 🙂
